By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of Faymas AI, such as bookmarking prompts, submitting prompt recipes, or accessing premium assets, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain and promptly update your account profile and credentials.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account password and restrict access to your devices.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Prompt Licensing & Permitted Use
Faymas AI provides curated prompt recipes, parameters, and style modifiers engineered for third-party diffusion architectures including Midjourney, FLUX.1, ChatGPT / DALL-E 3, and Stable Diffusion XL.
- Commercial & Personal Generation Rights: Unless explicitly noted otherwise on specific premium listings, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to copy, adapt, and run prompt recipes found on Faymas AI to generate AI artwork for both personal and commercial projects.
- Database & Platform Protection: You may not scrape, harvest, bulk-extract, or redistribute the Faymas AI prompt library or website contents to train competing commercial directories or datasets without prior written authorization.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use Faymas AI to create, submit, or distribute any prompts or imagery that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or invasive of another person's privacy.
- Depicts non-consensual sexual content, explicit adult material involving minors, or extreme violence.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Generates deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead, defraud, or impersonate public or private figures.
- Introduces viruses, malicious code, or automated scrapers designed to degrade platform performance.
4. Creator Submissions & Monetization
When you submit prompt recipes or preview imagery to Faymas AI, you retain ownership of your original intellectual work. However, you grant Faymas AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, index, format, and feature your submitted prompts on our public showcase.
For creators enrolled in monetization or marketplace features, royalty earnings and payout thresholds are governed by the specific Creator Partner terms active at the time of publication.
5. Third-Party AI Models & Disclaimers
Faymas AI is an independent community hub and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Midjourney, Black Forest Labs (FLUX), OpenAI, or Stability AI. Because generative diffusion models are probabilistic algorithms, Faymas AI cannot guarantee that a prompt recipe will produce identical results across different model revisions, random seeds, or software updates.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Certain downloads, high-tier prompt packs, or creator tools may require paid access or subscriptions. Billing is processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account settings. Due to the immediate digital nature of prompt downloads, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if technical defects occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Faymas AI and its founders, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Faymas AI at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other community members or our platform infrastructure.
