1. Notice of Claimed Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
To submit a valid DMCA copyright takedown request, you must provide a written communication (via email or our online contact form) containing the following details:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including a reference link or copy of the original material.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) or link(s) on Faymas AI where the allegedly infringing material is located, so that our team can swiftly locate and remove it.
- Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Takedown & Notification Process
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice:
- We will review the complaint and promptly disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing content.
- We will notify the user who submitted the content that it has been removed due to a copyright complaint.
- We will provide the user with a copy of your complaint and information on how to file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was mistaken.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification (for example, if you hold the appropriate licensing rights or commercial authorization), you may file a written Counter-Notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, Faymas AI maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
